In discussing about teachers’ work, a fundamental aspect to be analyzed is on the objective conditions of the teaching profession, respecting the relationships established by teachers with their students at school. For teachers, the main difficulties faced in teaching practice are the non-cooperation from families as well as the students’ indiscipline. However, educating the students gives prestige to teachers, considering the position they occupy in society.
