Abstract: School failure, and more pronounced in adolescent students, leads to personal and social discomfort, also influencing the present and future well-being of the community. This contribution focuses on the progress towards school success of some students who are currently studying Secondary Education (12-16 years old approximately), in a city in the Barcelona metropolitan area.Firstly, a comprehensive diagnosis is made, in which different personal and social information is collected, thinking about the different scenarios through which it takes place such as home, school and the city.The results reinforce and provoke the creation of a commission made up of different agents from the city, characterized by collaborative and co-responsible work, which proposes and begins to develop different actions designed by and for adolescents in the city, to advance towards this individual success and community.
