The aim of this study is to identify the access and use of devices and the internet by professors and undergraduate students of the State University of Minas Gerais, during the covid-19 pandemic. A questionnaire was applied, to which 229 teachers and 669 students answered. It was identified that Remote Education required pedagogical adaptations, as well as acquisitions or improvements of technological devices and internet networks. It was also possible to trace the socio-economic profile of the students and demonstrated the inequalities of educational opportunities experienced.
