This paper describes the construction of a model aiming to support schools in a project developed by Chilean government and universities. It shows the context of consultancy and its principal advances, this allowing do make a proposal for the educational improvement. There is an advertence about some difficulties in the implementation of the model and there are explained the projections for this work. There are identified the limits for the approach of this kind of consultancy and some questions remain open for the future advance of a more effective consultancy in our country and in Latin America.
