Adolescents who are under social-educational measure of internment, have a historic of low school attendance and during the compliance of measure they keep having the same low school attendance. Using the Historical-Cultural psychology of L.S. Vygotsky, the article founds a conception of the psyche is historical neither innate nor an ideal of spirit, assuming a greater appreciation of science content in the education of these adolescents. In the third part there is criticism regarding the pedagogical practice which overvalues the playful and understands that the authority and discipline as authoritarian and ineffective teaching procedures. At the end concludes that the concentration and discipline for appropriation of classic knowledge, are fundamental to the development of adolescents deprived of freedom.
