This paper discusses the results of a research carried on some basic education public schools at the municipal level in São Paulo City. Its main objective is to follow up the political pedagogical process of production and its implementation in those schools, through the attempt to establish a parallel between the political pedagogical project and school management. The actors involved were members of school's staff (Directors, Deputies and Coordinators) and their perspectives about the project ran by them, were very important. The analysis of the filled form revealed that the schools formally attended the requirements demanded.
