With the aim of analyzing how teaching learning occurs due to the educational practice of teachers who train the Pedagogy Course at the Púnguè University - UniPúnguè, in Mozambique, in the Manica district, referenced in the autobiographical method, a qualitative narrative research was developed, through a narrative interview with four teacher trainers, and comprehensiveinterpretive data analysis, anchored in Souza (2014). The data reveal teaching learning in the process of professional development of teacher trainers based on continuing education in stricto sensu postgraduate courses and in other training processes, based on the exchange of individual and collective experiences, exchanges with peers - in learning communities - and with students. It was concluded that, due to the educational practice, teaching learning occurs in different ways, either with peers or with students, realizing the absence of scientific research for this purpose in the investigated context.
