The main purpose of this article is writing, about the process of evaluation which the state university has been conducting. It is a synthesis of the most meaningful moments and of the principles that guide this practice, and main1y, the presentation of the results of the evaluation and self evaluation of students and professors of the graduation course. Special emphasis is given to the need of understanding the institutional evaluation as a constructive, professional and permanent procedure.
