The purpose of this work is to understand, in the actions of the Federal Government to evaluate the courses of graduation, which the emphasis and the direction that if it intends for the upper education in that relates to the general formation. Implemented from 1996, on responsibility of the MEC, the National Examination of Courses it is a test that comes being applied to the students in the end of the courses of graduation of upper education, with the objective to survey the learning of knowledge. In view of this objective, we analyze items of tests applied in the courses that they participate since the first year of the experience of the National Examination of Courses: business administration civil engineering and right.
