MOREIRA, Lúcia de Freitas  y  RAMOS, Fernando. Model communication flows for collaborative learning object systems. Educ. Form. Tecnol. [online]. 2014, vol.7, n.2, pp.53-73. ISSN 1646-933X.  https://doi.org/10.1646‐933X-v7n2201407120005.

This article presents a proposal for a communication fluxes' model to support the definition of a system of learning objects in professional training scenarios. This investigation focuses on indentifying the potential of communication fluxes and agents, as an effective contribution to the design of digital communication systems that support professional activities. In result of the conducted research, one proposes that the analysis of the relations established between agents in learning systems, based on learning objects, centers on the agents' interaction, focused on different dimensions of the communication flux that supports it, namely, pattern, context, domain, level, category, direction and initiative. This proposal is based on the assumption that the new digital learning contexts must be able to offer functional communication mechanisms that are adjusted to the desired environment and adapted to the agents in the process. All this dynamics is set in a scenario oriented towards self-regulated learning, collaboration and information research, factors which allow the development of spaces that promote the training's customization according to users' needs and profiles, exploring new dynamics in communication channels that are already known in these contexts.
