The goal is to promote reflections of an ethnic-racial nature from the posted by teachers on Facebook. This research is qualitative Minayo (2001) and bibliographic Fonseca (2002). The systematization framework of the perception of the image of Amorim and Kress (2020), in a critical perspective, to analyze the images. The theoretical contribution is based on Munanga (2001, 2005), Carneiro (2005, 2011) and Adichie (2019).
