We present partial results of an investigation about the sexual diversity and homophobia represented in the discourse of 38 educators, among directors, pedagogues and teachers, considered key informants of the school formation process. The study was carried out in 13 public high schools in the north of Paraná where we aimed to analyze how violence practices LGBTQIA people manifest themselves in the school from the discourse of these agents. We conclude that LGBTQIAphobia is reinforced in / by the school through the reiteration of exclusionary practices, when the subject is not seen, heard or spoken. Such conduct causes different social damages, by withdrawing from the act of living of these people the free exercise of the ways of being and feeling human.
