FERREIRA, Felipe y CRUZ, Giseli Barreto da. Non-licensed teachers in Basic Education: senses of teaching in Integrated High School. Rev. Diálogo Educ. [online]. 2021, vol.21, n.71, pp.1583-1608. Epub 26-Ene-2022. ISSN 1981-416X. https://doi.org/10.7213/1981-416x.21.071.ds05.
The article discusses teaching issues for non-licensed teachers who work in technical courses that are articulated in integration with Basic Education, constituting the Integrated High School. It had as its reference a research, whose objective was to analyze the meanings of teaching that are inscribed in the practices of non-licensed teachers who work in Integrated High School at the Federal Center for Technological Education Celso Suckow da Fonseca (Cefet-RJ). The methodological path took place through narrative research, in the light of Clandinin and Connely (2000) and Galvão (2005), with eight subjects being interviewed. Its theoretical basis is found in Kuenzer (2010), Oliveira (2008, 2017); Altet (2001), Formosinho (2009), Formosinho and Araújo (2011), Roldão (2007); Gauthier (1998) and Shulman (1987). The analyzes indicate that the main sources of knowledge mobilized by the subjects refer to experiences lived at different times. The meanings of teaching attributed by them to their practice indicate a concern with knowledge of the content to be taught and with formation for citizenship; necessity of establish an affective bond with students; recognition of the differential of specific formation for teaching; and the perception that teaching practice contributes to the improvement of the teacher's performance.
