Modernity with its reductionist project and simplification have provoked the death of the subject. The metanarratives hide the subject-author and constructor of se own life in a representational context where the subject it is not the creator of a reality that would work in a independent way from their actions. With the complex paradigm it is necessary to put together what was fragmented and Begin a process of approaching integrated of the different dimensions of reality. To support this work we are based on epistemology of complexity, more specifically, in the complex biology expressed in the works of Maturana e Varela (1980) and H. Atlan in which knowing and living are inseparable. In this sense, we have begin a experience with the students of a Mastered Course on Education with self-narratives to study the cognitive-afective emergencies of such practice at the light of the concepts of Autopoiesis and Complexification.
