This framework was used to discuss one of the themes found: the teaching and the process of disqualification and depreciation of learning and teaching. It was noticed that this educational policy for young adults and adults education has been spreading senses and accountability meanings of what teaching and learning is about, and it can change the constitution of curriculum practices and organization in the teaching of young adults and adults.
