Hybrid-digital culture is a reality, it is the place where generation Y is growing up and from where “millenials” are going out. At the same time, multiculturalism is now a reality in the contemporaneous age, as a relation with other cultures that starts from the first years in school, joint with a request of even more languages to be spoken and used in day by day life; new generations think and know they will not have a fixed work, or place to live in the world, they are comfortable with ethnic mixture and with an extreme flexibility of their life. On one side, this is the normal evolution of society; on the other side, it represents a strong need for generations: a complex and global place where to live. We need integrated and hybrid tools and processes to deal with this system, and different generations have to be supported in their continuous learning, especially about the languages learning. Hybrid - digital processes and environments can help in developing language competences, more than that, they can make possible different educational paths also for languages. In this brief work, we are going to explore some possible processes of language education and learning, using hybrid-digital tools.
