This paper presents the results of a study whose main objective was to evaluate the effects of the implementation of the More Education Program in reducing school dropout rates at the Deputies Manoel Rodrigues Municipal Education Center, located in the Municipality of Maranguape/CE, in the chronological section of 2015 to 2017. An exploratory, bibliographical and documentary research, of a quali-quantitative nature, was carried out under the aegis of the quadripolar method. The results, effected in the light of the theory of change and represented through the process and results map, demonstrated a high level of effectiveness and assertiveness in solving the problem of school dropout rates in the researched institution.
