Danilo Dolci was an educator who contributed to the development of the social equality through an education methodology for peace, for the dialogue and struggle (nonviolent) for Human Rights in different times and difficulties places: it was in Sicilia in the fifties at the twentieth century. Dolci has almost fifty years of educational and social activities in local area, national and international, he promotes an educational method for search through the background investigation, search for truth and justice and at the same time, he uses a pedagogical device as "maieutic-reciprocal": method for an empowerment the community to them know their rights to a free speech. An educational and social method, such as Dolci, reminds us the commitment of Don Lorenzo Milani in his school of Barbiana and at the same time, an awareness education as Paulo Freire in Brazil.
