The Personal Learning Environments (PLE) help students to take control and manage their own learning allowing access to information and knowledge in a personalized way, connecting resources and content using different strategies learning. In the virtual subject education in rural areas systematized in order to configure flexible spaces that allow students to create their Personal Learning Environment or PLE changes were incorporated. This progressive evolution intended respond to identified needs, and the demands made by students. After implementing these changes, information on the level of student satisfaction (N= 161) regarding the realignment of those key elements that would encourage the construction of PLE was collected, and also the comfort level that the teachers reported having after implementation. Among the results highlights the student preferences for searching and updating information in a continuous and increasingly complex process. And, a positive impact is observed in the subjective well-being of teachers, thanks to the emotional involvement that ensured the smooth running of the initiatives undertaken.
