SILVA, Karen Cristina Jensen Ruppel da  e  FLACH, Simone de Fátima. PUBLIC-PRIVATE RELATIONSHIPS IN THE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE MORE EDUCATION PROGRAM. Educ. Teoria Prática [online]. 2018, vol.28, n.59, pp.505-528.  Epub 01-Jan-2019. ISSN 1981-8106.  https://doi.org/10.18675/1981-8106.vol28.n59.p505-528.

This paper, derived from broader research on Full-Time Education, held at postgraduate level strictu sensu, shows the partnerships of the private sector in drawing up the white papers of the “More Education Program”, which guide the provision of full-time education, proposed by the Federal Government across the country. From bibliographical research on the influence of the third sector in education and documentary analysis of the "More Education Series" trilogy, this text exposes how public-private partnerships targeted at prolonging students’ permanence in school, exercising decisive influence on the current education. The results, shown from the involvement of different public-private institutions in the elaboration of the analyzed white papers, indicate that the “More Education Program”, as also present in the economic sector, suffers influence from the capitalist hegemonic thinking, at the expense of the real needs of the working class.
