This article aims to analyze the evaluation of children education, based on the perspectives indicated by Souza (2014): on the one hand, with emphasis on offer condition and, and on the other hand, with focus on the student performance. Initially, some concepts that support the analysis are presented, whose base is in social field theory from Pierre Bourdieu and in the thesis of Globally Structured Agenda for Education from Roger Dale. Dealing with these frameworks can contribute for understanding the importance that the evaluation of education happens to have in the context of the restructuring of the State, as well as the concern of the implementation of an evaluation of the first stage of education with manager character. Furthermore, the objective is to aim some setbacks involving children education that in a way converge with one of the proposed perspectives. Analysing the debate about the evaluation of this stage, it can see that the evaluation of children education is a disputed object in education field, but it is also a social subfield in which instruments, methodologies and results are in dispute.
