RUIZ, Samuel Hilcias Carvajal e VILLASMIL, Eduardo José. SOCIAL INEQUALITIES AND INCLUSION IN EDUCATION: EXPERIENCES OF THE VENEZUELAN RESISTANCE. Práx. Educ. [online]. 2021, vol.17, n.45, pp.376-390. Epub 03-Maio-2022. ISSN 2178-2679. https://doi.org/10.22481/praxisedu.v17i45.8360.
This work outlines the political-social model embodied in the 1999 Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the legal framework derived from it, which highlights its guarantee of fundamental rights, among others, to education. Its inclusive profile is highlighted as an instrument to reverse the devastating effects of social inequalities historically created and reproduced, a product of the metabolic logic of peripheral capitalism. In this theoretical-documentary effort, a brief theoretical review is made around the concept of social inequality, to delve and contrast the doctrinal foundations of the Bolivarian model, emphasizing the guidelines and policies aimed at building a democratic society of justice and law based in the organized protagonism of the people as an instrument of collective resistance and construction.
