In the investigation carried out as a complex objective, the liberation of Municipalized Education is sustained from the legacy of Paulo Freire, the comprehensive, ecosophical and diatopical hermeneutics is conceived under the transmethod. Going through the analytical, empirical and propositional moments. In the analytical – empirical moment: the crisis is explained with the old vices of traditional education imposed in Municipalized Education, it led us to break paradigms, in an arena of contradictions and topoi, more marked in an abysmal thought where the knowledge of the Forgotten communities continue to be demystified from the fixed knowledge imposed in the universities. It is investigated with the line of research entitled: educability – municipalized university education – complex social imaginaries, within the framework of the Doctorate in Educational Sciences carried out at the Latin American and Caribbean University, Venezuela. Freire's legacy is present throughout the investigation, it is about going to the rescue and liberation of Municipalized Education, which defends the essence of municipality, popular education, mass education. It involves exploring new knowledge, the product of constant learning, cultural, political and economic aspects are combined, new life scenarios are visualized that contribute to the teaching-learning process. Human beings by nature have many strengths that are viable in their continuous training process. And this is conducive for the academy to carry out its training task, to prepare for life.
