The study results from a training proposal in the context of early childhood educators in times of pandemic from a dialogical reflection anchored in Freire’s pedagogy. The methodology had a qualitative approach of the type Research Formation (JOSSO, 2010), mediated by the Investigative-Formative Dialogic Circles (HENZ, 2015), having them the understanding of hermeneutics (GADAMER, 1999, HERMANN, 2002). The proposal for dialogical training in context demonstrated the protagonism, awareness, and self (trans)formation of educators. We perceived they are transformation agents and also the [re]significance of the Pedagogical Proposal in the Early Childhood School.
