This paper approaches the processes of writing and reading and the ways of doing research in Education. Departing from Deleuze's discourse in the book Conversações (1992), the following issue was elaborated - how to produce lightnings in research in Education? The concepts of fold (DELEUZE, 1991) and disagreement (RANCIÈRE, 1996) are also used to think master's and doctoral research advised under this perspective of nonconformity. The qualitative research which follows a cartographic perspective was developed between the years 2012 and 2014. The results were the production of detachable, connectable, and background less research.
