International migration movements are a social phenomenon that impacts the lives of thousands of people, especially school-age children. Life in another country involves changes, adaptations, learning, the search for rights, and at the same time the preservation of your life story. To guarantee human dignity and a minimum quality of life for migrants, supranational documents were being drawn up. Bioethics, with its Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, is also committed to guaranteeing the dignity and respect of everyone in vulnerable situations. The Curitiba Municipal Education Network, the object of this study, has the presence of many migrant students from countries that are at war, or from countries with serious political and economic difficulties. Given this scenario, this research aims to investigate how bioethics can contribute to the process of educating migrants to guarantee them a humanitarian context with the protection of human dignity. The research methodology is of a theoretical and documentary nature with analysis and comparison of international documents and guidelines relating to the rights of immigrants to education with documents from the Municipal Education Network of Curitiba. The discussion of the documentary corpus will be carried out from an interdisciplinary perspective. The study allows us to conclude that for the principles of bioethics to be effective, and to preserve the dignity and respect of migrant students, it is necessary to create adequate conditions for school inclusion.
