Through a Systematic Literature Review, this article analyzes and provides an overview of the use of podcasts in inclusive pedagogical practices in schools and in the training of educators and students. Searches were conducted in various national and international databases. After verifying the alignment of the research with the inclusion criteria, 12 selected studies were included, ranging from the oldest publication in 2018 to the most recent in 2020. Defining inclusion and exclusion criteria, along with the development and combination of relevant keywords for the search, were essential to address the research question: How are podcasts used in schools from the perspective of inclusive education? It was found that there is research on the use of podcasts as a technological resource in different regions of Brazil. Three of these studies focus on the Northeast region, while one is located in the Southeast. However, none of the research in the last 5 years regarding the research question has a connection to the use of podcasts from the perspective of inclusive education, which is a matter of great concern due to the pedagogical dimension of podcasts in ensuring the learning and inclusion of individuals with specific educational needs. The research provides an overview of the possibilities and potential of podcasts in education, emphasizing its relevance as a pedagogical tool and encouraging the exploration of this resource in educational practices.
