This study tries to describe and to think about the work developed in the subject. Teaching Practice in Psychology at university level. It presents the principles which gruided the planning of that subject. Its objective was set as the development of the teacher role. Such principles come from the works of Jacob Levy Moreno concerning role learning. Then it describes the work done with fifty-two trainee teachers. For the supervision of this work the role playing techniques created by Moreno were used. In this supervision, the teacher's reactions to the differents classrooms situations, the teacher's spontaneity and the values included in his behavior were examined.
