This article presents results of research realized with night high school students. The intense expansion of the university private and in the night time the last two decades produced important changes in the profile of the young student of high level. The study tried to describe this situation considering the double position of labores and student which gives peculiar caractheristics to this young people. The relations with the family, the work, the social world and the university are examined by researches of their ideas through questionaires, interviews and activities in school
