This article presents a brief study about the educational achievements of the labour movement in the first brazilian Republic (1889-1930). The author reports the feats of three great tendencies of labor movement in the early periods of the republic: socialists, anarchists and comunists.The central idea of this paper is to reconstitute the historical efforts of the proletarian stratum toward resistence against the ideology of majoritary groups.
