The purpose of the present article is to discuss a proposal for high school having work as an educational principle. Possession of knowledge about work as shown, in previous research, to be essential to workers. A new organization of high school is thus argued, to overcome both old classic erudition an narrow occupation-minded curricula. It issuggested that high school should have an undiversified structure, polytechnic content and a dialetic methodology.
