Abstract

This text is divided into three parts. In the first part, I propose a comparison between laws and rules, also dealing with the statutes of the rules within the Piaget theory and wighin games. In the second part, as an argument, I will analize the discourse of the law used by schools andteachers and as, in my opinion, Psychopedagogy helps to reconsider such discourses. In the third part, I try to develop the discourse of the law within the body of Psychopedagogy and to identify some constributions of Piaget's Constructivism to reconsider this discourse favoring, instead, the discourse of the rule.
