The article discusses public policies aimed to homeless children. Starting from questions like the adjustment and the dinamics between institucional constraints and spaces in the aplicaticon of this policies, some Educative Projects are analised in their anthropological dimension, as they observe the significant social and cultural processes and simbolic universe in the life experiences of the groups to which they are aimed - making the effort for their efficacy. Finally, the discussion is illustrated by a concrete proposal of development of educative processes through the action on public spaces of the city, in the contemporary paradigm of environmental preservation
