The objective of this article is to understand how the student's access to readings and movies, intentionaly and unintentionally provide by the school, contributes to change their habits and perceptions about the world. This paper also aims to understand how this access changes the usually monotonous daily life in the school. The research showed that the students, in different learning situations and in contact with different kinds of text, were active, changed the contents of these texts and provide other mening to reality.
