Abstract

This paper aims to provide an investigation of the representations of trainers system of recognition, validation and certification of competences - RVCC - on the assessment of learning of adults trained in this way. For this, we conducted a qualitative investigation, which is achieved through semi-structured interviews to four trainers in this system. The results allowed us to conclude that trainers associated greater objectivity to summative assessment, the focus of which pointed to the weakness of the system RVCC subjectivity in the interpretation of referential key competencies and inducing skills through reflective analysis of texts oriented autobiographical that should be part of the portfolio reflective learning. Advocate greater accountability trainer by validations performed.
