The present study aims to analyze the restructuring of technical education in the period immediately following the fall of Perón’s government. In this sense, we will present the layout of the technical education structure proposed by Peronism - the Comisión Nacional de Aprendizaje y Orientación Profesional (CNAOP) - in order to analyze, afterward, the reforms proposed by post-Peronism, both those outlined by the “Liberating Revolution” (1955-1958) and those designed and implemented by Frondizi’s constitutional government (1958-1962). This task will be performed by analyzing a corpus of documents consisting mainly of the official documentation and the written press of the period.
