Abstract

This study shows some of the trodden upon paths and the effected tracings of post-critical research about curriculum in Brazil, as conveyed by the Working Group of Curriculum within the National Association for Educational Post-Graduation and Research (ANPEd in Portuguese), in the last ten years. Building upon the thinking of Deleuze (1992 e 1998) and Deleuze and Guattari (1995 e 1997), the article seeks to trace lines and foIlow some of the curricular movements so as to outline a map of the post-critical curriculum research and register the orientations, directions and creations of such research. The tracings gleaned by the present study aim to show the maps formed by post-critical research about curriculum. Based on the theoretical perspective adopled here, I contend that such tracings evidence expansions, fractures and openings within the conventionaIly produced frameworks in the field of curriculum in Brazil. largue that in the maps made up by such research there is a process of creation of a post-critical curriculum, which I caIl here as a "map-curriculum". I then show the sketching of that map, as weIl as the lines that have been traced in it and the potentials of that "map-curriculum" as created by researchers within the curricular field of studies in Brazil.
