This article discusses the working principles of drama writing workshops. With the aim of contributing to theatre pedagogy, this study emphasizes the search for a personal writing, within the framework of collective work. This paper also examines the relationships between the workshop leader, the “writers” and the set of participants. The principles examined include the ludic character of the practice proposed and the actions of the workshop leader, considering the appreciation of the texts by the workshops participants.
