Teachers realize that they cannot teach. Usual formats in teacher education and qualification show it self impotent. This paper presents a series of reflections aimed at rethinking teacher education practices and policies, by recovering and producing narrations and tales of pedagogical experiences. "Provocative" texts which overcome times and authors. Conditions are created to put together those who telI what they have done and have the intention to transmit it to others. Vivid experiences that are bequeathed end up encouraging new proposals. Actions, reflections and new narrations that arise from experience knowIedge are recovered and available with the intention of transforming the time to come.
