Abstract

The core question of the paper is thinking the teaching of philosophy as a philosophical experience. Thinking about this possibility leads to facing the philosophical problem of experience. Walter Benjamin (1986) used to say that we have been expropriated of experience. How can we, then, think of a teaching of philosophy that is based on the experience of philosophizing, in which the experience would fuse with the own modus operandis of teaching? Distancing ourselves from this perspective, we think that the teaching of philosophy happens between the empiric and the transcendental, in the Deleuzian unspeakable. The teaching of philosophy would be in the experience of thinking the unthinkable or as an “in-fante” way of thinking.
