Resumo

NOGUERA, Carlos. La gubernamentalidad en los cursos del profesor Foucault. Educ. Real. [online]. 2009, vol.34, n.02, pp.21-33. ISSN 0100-3143.

This work proposes to show that: 1) the governmentality is a methodological notion prepared by Foucault by the needs of his activity of teaching and research. 2) Research and teaching appear as two elements inseparables in the attempt to produce other way of thinking, task that the teacher Foucault proposed to himself in his courses. 3) Such a methodological notion led Foucault to realizing a triple displacement in his work research and, therefore, in his thought; triple displacement that will mark the movement from the problematisation of the relations knownledge / power to the problematisation of the relations government / truth; triple displacement that, finally, constitutes a philosophical exercise to the ancient way, that is to say, like a spiritual exercise.
