The relations between the worlds of work and the education have been, in the last two decades, object of very deep transformations in such a way that they seem to put in cause the role attributed to this two spheres of social life in the production processes of the specialties and temporalities responsible for the structure of the personal and professional narratives relatively stabilized. This article aims do suggest a reflection about the relations between the working experience and the educational experience, having as a concern the contribution to the understanding of how the language modes and the education systems deal with the issue of work, as well as contributing to the understanding of the challenges that the disturbance of the relations between the educational experience and the working experience bring to the educational work.
