Abstract

The text discuss the political and pedagogical implications of the integration between basic and professional education in EJA, analyzing the challenges in incorporate the work in this modality, without submitting it on the market and on the myth of employability. For this, the analysis is supported by the materialist intellectuals, who permit us understand the work in its ontological and historical senses, as well, the relationship between work, science and culture. It takes by Marx and Gramsci, the unit school conception and the work as educational principle, to support the integration sense as the work´s unilateral fomation. In discussing the pedagogical implications, shows the curricular challenge in integrate the general and the specifically knowledge, by production process mediation.
