Who had arrived? What do you want? In this article we discuss the discursive position of the first four teachers of the State School of the city of Claudia-MT, between the years 1978 and 1980. Based on Discourse Analysis theoretical and analytical framework, we discuss the senses produced by the subject that takes part of the colonization process, resignifying their subject position. Then we analyze the personal pronoun we in the teachers speaking about their arriving and their insertion working field of education.
