This paper aims to approach the ethical components of care through an inspiring anthropological point of view, as well as a renewed vision of the human being as it is represented in its personal and professional experiences. A biographical research with phenomenological inspiration is presented, with a practice which allows for the educational harmonization between mind and body, soma and psyche. Thus, it is the objective of this paper to answer the following question: is it possible to respect the ontological and spiritual needs of the human being with practices where the body is praised in its mystery as an incarnate existence?
