Abstract

FANTIN, Monica. New Paradigms of Didactics and the Situated Learning Episodes (SLE) Methodology Proposal. Educ. Real. [online]. 2015, vol.40, n.2, pp.443-464. ISSN 0100-3143.  https://doi.org/10.1590/2175-623646056.

This text discusses some challenges for didactics in contemporary education and relates them to new paradigms and the Situated Learning Episodes (SLE), a methodological proposal to integrate mobile devices into didactics. Based on the approaches of neurodidactics, enactivism, and simplexity theory, the text presents aspects of the mentioned methodology and teaching and learning processes, reflecting on the idea of mobile learning and micro-learning. This proposal suggests a work with contents that are circumscribed and organized by brief production activities, framed by previous instructions and posterior reflections that suggest another design for classes, planning, and evaluation. Finally, the paper establishes possible dialogues between the SLE methodology and other approaches from the perspective of didactic and media-education research.

Keywords : Episodes of Situated Learning; Teaching; Didactics; School; Mobile Devices.
