Live internet broadcasts have been used as civil mechanisms to bring subjects together in times of isolation, creating a space for sharing experiences. This article aims to analyze the narratives of Portuguese-speaking Education professionals, in the context of conversation circles in the form of live internet broadcasts, seeking to unveil their creative insubordination actions. This investigation constitutes a case study, carried out with twenty-two Education professionals who participated in the broadcasts, using the content analysis methodology as a tool for data collection and analysis. The results show that the transgression of educators is essential for the emergence of professionals engaged in the well-being of students.
