Abstract

GUERRA, Míriam Martinez  and  PINHO, Maria José de. Teaching knowledge: a network being built in the day-to-day of language teachers at the beginning of their teaching careers. Rev. Inter Ação [online]. 2014, vol.39, n.1, pp.163-177. ISSN 0101-7136.  https://doi.org/10.5216/ia.v39i1.18748.

This paper presents moments in the initial phase of the practice of two language teachers in public secondary schools. The research corpus is based on records of observation of their teaching practices in a field diary produced over a semester of classroom observation. It was seen that teachers build up their teacher literacies from different sets of knowledge, both subject and non-subject, such as those called "intermediate space" in teaching.
