This paper Will initially adress profissional qualifications and their new dimensions within the changing structure of the working environment. The paper will consider the new forms of control and discipline that companies have created, using contributions from psychoanalysis. The paper will also examine the new possibilities which omnilateral education can offer workers arising from the demand for higher qualifications in the changing working structure.
