The policies used in teaching qualification, in a historical perspective, have towards the mystification and idealization of the professional practice of the teachers. This practice is the expression of a broader idealization which refers to the people and the society. These policies, limited by the dimensions of donation, sacerdotal vocation, fail to understand the teacher’s performance as a working practice. Recovering the professional aspect of work in education, undoing the mystifying not’s means, among other things, finding question which the history of education could answer in order to understand the social-cultural journey in which every worker is qualified and educated.
